Extraordinary men

Every now and then I shine so bright that a wonderful kind of men stops to gaze and share time with me- and so my joy of feeling great in the presence of greatness adds a few more layers to my happiness.
They are what I call “the extraordinary men”.

Without exception, there’s this mysterious energy around them, an inner elegance. There is a softness and strength and cleverness in the way they carry themselves.

They are skilful wordsmiths, they master words for the power they have is well known by them.

Their speech, equally eloquent or sweet trash, it delivers constantly sparks of their inner elegance and shows an impeccable, lucid and unbeatable kind of thinking and logic. And kindness.

I dare not ask them how many hours they have spent on their personal growth. Rarely one is born extraordinary, mostly one becomes like that. Evolving is painful, as some of you know.

They do possess, no doubt of that, a fair amount of what we’d call madness 🙂 Peculiar people, which would rather find joy in teaching you how to find the True North in the wild if you are willing to bring them sticks, than telling you it’s 5 pm.

All extraordinary men had to leave the village to reach the top of the mountain. And all of them, once there and after that, felt the need to fit in their tribe they may or may not have left behind; despite the difficult hike that made them become extraordinary. They will shake the hand of the ordinary men with the same respect and love as for themselves because they know the line between extraordinary and lonely is a treacherous one.

Because they have done The Journey, they are extraordinary, but they are still men.

Extraordinary men are the ones who won and lost many battles and can still feel extraordinary when they choose to, even for a second. Using the ways the mountain taught them.

Extraordinary men can also be completely idiotic. But that is entirely a choice, they need a break to not break into pieces.

They need a taste of that exotic idiocracy they left behind and which is therapeutically blissful.

They also need a hug and someone to tell them that everything is gonna be alright, no matter the complexity of their path and knowledge.

I know.
Because I am an extraordinary woman.
